Refund policy

We offer a 7-day exchange or store credit policy. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for watches purchased that were on consignment and are being exchanged for another watch in our inventory. Please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstance unless the item received is not as described, to which our team will decide whether or not your item is eligible for return. For instance, if the watch was listed as "brand new," it must be free of any signs of wear and appear unworn. The watch should match the images provided and should not exhibit any new wear not depicted in the photos. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—either unworn or unused—along with all original contents. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Restocking fees may apply to cover shipping and any costs associated with the exchange process.

Damages and issues 
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and address it appropriately.
